Refund policy

Exchange in case of damaged/wrong products:

It is very unlikely, but if in case you received a damaged/wrong product, do not worry. Just write an email (with your order details including the order number) to info@ligosia.com requesting for an exchange with images of the Product clearly showing the product condition.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your products must be unused and in the same condition (packaging, tags, etc. - all intact) that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • One the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and credited with 2-3 days to the original payment mode of payment.

  • Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

  • We will arrange for a reverse pickup and have the product replaced upon inspection.

Exchange for any other reason:

We want to keep our customers happy. In case you wish to exchange the products in your order with other products, for any reason apart from defective/damaged/wrong products, please drop us an email with your request at info@ligosia.com.

Depending on the circumstances of each case, we would entertain the request based on the availability of desired products. Please note that in such cases, the customers will have to bear the to and from shipping costs.

Our policy on exchange for such reasons lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Return policy:

Currently, we accept only exchange requests in case of damaged/wrong products. Details of this process have been explained above.


Cancellation Policy:

In case you change your mind and want to cancel the order, write an email (with order details) to info@ligosia.com requesting a cancellation.

Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product hasn't been shipped from us. Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours from the time of product purchase.

Anti-fraud policy:

There have been a few unfortunate instances wherein customers have resorted to fraudulent practices. Such fraudulent practices include claiming missing products, damaged products, etc. in the package. We are a quality focussed firm and there are multiple levels of checks and audits before we ship orders to the customers. All the orders are carefully packed.

Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and it should include the unboxing of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video with us for any claim.

Shipping & Payments:

  • What are the Shipping Charges & Payment Options?

Prepaid Shipping Charges are Rs. 50 for order below Rs. 499.

Shipping is Free on orders Pre-Paid by Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking & Wallets using the secure Razorpay & PayTM Payment Gateway above Rs. 499.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select PIN Codes at a flat rate of Rs. 99/-.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once an order is placed, we process it in 1-2 days (unless otherwise specified on the product page), except on Saturdays, Sundays and designated Holidays. However in some cases we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is shipped, it will take the following number of days to deliver:

Within Delhi NCR : up to 2 days

Delhi to Metro Cities : up to 4 days

Rest of India : up to 5 days

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

  • How can I track my order?

After an order is shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS with the tracking details.

  • Can I change my Shipping Address?

If your order has not left our warehouse, change of address is possible. Please contact us immediately from your registered phone number or email address to give us the proper address.

Cancellation request will be considered ONLY IF the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and IF the order has NOT already been DISPATCHED from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please call our customer care at +91-7838781877.

Our main aim is to ship out every order successfully; in some situations, we may cancel the order. Some of the circumstances which may result in your order being cancelled include:

  • Availability of items.

  • In case of inaccurate or insufficient address and if delivery location is in a non-serviceable area.

  • In case of incorrect or fraudulent payment.

  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, LIGOSIA reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
